Food Outlets Project

We are at the beginning of developing of a project to develop templates and a toolkit to encourage food outlets to better recycle food waste and use recyclable materials.

The first stage is to collect together resources that will help us raise awareness and develop the toolkit.

This page contains some of the information that has been collected, before it is curated into a more presentable format for our toolkit.
